CYC Movers is very professional. Start to end everything was done very well and on time. They offered very reasonable rate for a service we can trust. We have dealt with a few movers so we know roughly how it’s gonna go but it exceeded our expectations completely. Jessica and the team of movers under Raju’s supervision were impressively efficient before and during our move. Smooth and hassle-free communication, and prices are reasonable especially given the level of organization and professionalism they have demonstrated. Jessica was the first point of contact to organise our move. She has been extremely helpful to answer the many questions I had, and has been very efficient in the communication making sure at the day of the moving there will be no issues. Then Raju and his team worked on the moving, with a lot of professionalism and careful attention to our furniture, including bubble wrapping what needs to be protected and handling the fragile boxes.. From the start, we liaised with Jessica who did a very meticulous job of walking through with us what we were moving and how it would be done; as we were shifting for the first time.We appreciated her professionalism and patience to guide us on the various options and details available to us.The move was smooth , thanks to Yazid and his team who were patient and guided us in the process of shifting. Jessica was our first point of contact when we made an enquiry. She was very polite and quick to respond, made arrangement for a zoom call on all the items to be moved and we received a quotation on the same day. After reading many good reviews on CYC, we decided to engage them. The movers were very prompt, arriving at 9am sharp. They worked seamlessly and professionally, making sure our fragile items (especially drawings and artwork pieces) were carefully bubble-wrapped. They did not complain about the narrow staircases which they had to manoeuvre many bulky items into a shophouse. Very impressed. Overall, it was a pleasant and assuring experience. We moved during the circuit breaker period in Singapore and the CYC team were beyond amazing. Patricia was our account manager and she helped us throughout, right from getting the necessary exception approvals and managing the move. Even on the day of the move, the team was punctual and extremely professional. Right from the start, CYC Showed that they are customer oriented and took great care in meeting customer’s needs. We were in a hurry to get a mover. And so we tried our luck to call Cyc though their website said they are closed on Saturday. However, we got an answer and knowing our urgency, they actually arranged for Jessica to come to our place that very afternoon for an assessment. To be frank, CYC’s quote was higher than another mover’s quote. But upon looking at the hidden costs, we found that CYC to be more reliable without hidden costs. They were upfront and Jessica was exceptionally professional and responsive and we felt that we would be more comfortable with cyc and rejected the lower quote.Our assessment of their professionalism and reliability proved to be correct. From delivery of boxes to reorder of bubble packs, everything was fast and fuss free. When Raju and hIs movers arrived on Monday morning for the move, they we organised and systematic. I did not have to worry and they did such fantastic protection of my furniture and equipment that I had nothing to worry about. They brought racks for me to hang my ironed clotheslined that saved me so much work in packing and re-ironing. They brought ice boxes too so I didn’t have to make additional personal trips to move frozen and chilled stuff. CYC really did a great job! And I will definitely use them again for my move back to my house after it is renovated and would also recommend it to my friendsread more

The whole great service experience started with the relocation advisor Justin (Lee) doing a visit of my old place to understand the items I needed to move. He was thorough and patient in his explanation. His responsiveness and professionalism maintained throughout the job is truly commendable. One of the best decisions to have chosen CYC for the move. Boxes were well estimated, reasonable pricing, professional wrapping for my numerous heavy wooden furnitures, friendly and strong staff, and it all started with the super positive experiences in the interaction with Jessica. Surprised to receive almost immediate email replies from her at 11pm. But the best part, even though it was a small chip on one of the wooden chairs, CYC called to pick it up and had it touched up. Mr Kannan and his team did an excellent job moving us to a condo unit recently. CYC took care of all the paperwork related to the moving permit, deposit etc from the condo management. They also provided packing materials a week before the actual move date. On the day of moving, Mr Kannan's team was on time and worked rapidly and efficiently. The team was very professional and friendly, and had a positive attitude towards their job. All our items were moved quickly and safely ..much faster than we thought possible! Some of the heavier items like a desk and home appliances, were wrapped in protective covering by the team itself since we were unable to pack it beforehand. All in all, the move went off very smoothly. CYC's quotation was on the higher side compared to some others, but I think it was worth it for the great professional service. Was so worried about our house-move. And then Jessica responded to my enquiry which was the start of putting me at ease. Her fast response (on a Sunday evening!), professionalism and knowledge during the house visit hinted at the kind of service that I was hoping to receive from movers. l recently engaged CYC movers for my move, and was very glad that I did. My place is a walk up apartment and in addition to hundreds of boxes I also have a full height upright piano and a very large sofa. The movers were great, very experienced and professional. They wrapped my furniture up securely in protective plastic and carefully brought down the furniture. It was not easy to move the piano but they did it so well. At the new apartment, they helped to place all the boxes and furniture in the right places and helped to hang up our clothes. All in all, the move went really smoothly.
