Frequently Asked Questions
Who should be the Move Project Manager?
Ideally a senior operations or facilities manager with authority to make quick decisions. For small companies, the COO or Office Manager often takes this role. The key quality is strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate across departments.
What documents do we need to update when changing office address in Singapore?
At minimum: ACRA business registration, GST registration, all government licensing, banking details, insurance policies, lease documents, all supplier contracts, website, email signatures, and Google/maps listings.
Can CYC Movers help with office reinstatement at our old premises?
Yes. CYC Movers provides full reinstatement services including dismantling of partitions, removal of cabling, and restoration of flooring — as required by most commercial leases in Singapore.
Should we hire a move coordinator or rely on our mover's project manager?
For moves of under 50 workstations, CYC Movers' dedicated project manager can serve as your primary coordinator. For larger moves, we recommend appointing an internal move project manager to work alongside our team.
