I engaged CYC based on Google reviews and never regretted. Jessica took an assessment and provided a quotation very promptly. The teams led by Selva came on the day itself ahead of time schedule which suited us, and started the move wrapping all the furniture. The more delicate ones like wood, TVs, fridges etc were also covered with blankets before wrapping. The movers were professional even though they had to climb up and down 3 floors to move the heavy and bulk items and still maintained positive and cheerful attitude. Upon arriving at the new house, Selva called more people and we had 12 altogether! This helped to speed things up. The team did not just move the items, but as one of the big item could not move up the L-shape staircase, they contemplated various options for our consideration as well. . Overall very happy with CYC and kudos to the team and I hope to engage them again in the future!read more

Really impressed with the service. CYC came as a recommendation but far surpassed expectations. The packing team led by Chandran was extremely professional and packed up efficiently and expertly. On moving day there was a slight logistical hiccup but even so this was handled well by both the office and onsite teams, resolved quickly and ultimately had no impact on the overall plans. Just wanting to share my experience when we decided to renovate the whole house and had engaged CYC Movers to move our stuff to their storage facility temporarily. Imagine the stuff accumulated over the years! But kudos to Selva and his team of merry men, who are not only fast and efficient, items were dismantled and packed nicely for transporting to their facility. All professionally done and with a friendly disposition to boot! Not forgetting Ms Jessica, who had evaluated, quoted and coordinated everything online, amid the Covid situation, had also done everything expertly, but more importantly giving us the confidence! As far as moving house goes this was a great experiences CYC movers were extremely efficient from highly responsive Jessica in the office to Kannan who led the team of 9 movers. They packed moved and unpacked in 2 days. Not only highly efficient but wrapped everything beautifully and took great care reassembling furniture and with valuables. My priorities from the outset was to find a moving company which knew what they were doing, was responsive and I would be able to entrust them to properly pack/dismantle the large pieces of furniture and move everything to my new home (no loss, no damage). I will like to comment on the way CYC Movers handled my request.Firstly, Jessica was very professional, friendly and helpful while handling my inquires. She was one of many movers i contacted to find the best for my project. Frankly CYC wasn't my first choice because there was another mover who quoted cheaper. As most people will, i chose that mover and told Jessica the reason i did not chose CYC Movers. She was cool and friendly despite knowing she lost my business.However, while finalizing, the chosen Mover, revised their quote stating that my project requires a higher management to reevaluate. Ends up, the quote increased exponentially. (they tried to sell me their boxes which cost at least 8 times more than CYC Movers.) I dropped them straight away as i am disgusted about the way they do business.I approached Jessica again stating the other company changed their quote. During our emails, Jessica showed no hard feelings and continued to provide me with correct information and useful suggestions about my project. Giving me the best for my money. She also coordinated perfectly between me and her Moving team.Prior the day of the move, I received a whatsapp message from CYC Movers, Christian, asking questions about my Health and Travel declaration. I am happy that CYC cares about our safety for Covid-19.I also received a whatsapp from their moving team leader, Iswaran, informing me that he will be the key person handling my project on the day of the move.This morning, Iswaran and his team arrived on time and everything proceed smoothly and efficiently. The move was completed a lot earlier than what i had expected. Iswaran and his team showed excellent teamwork and professionalism. They are very friendly and absolutely know what they are doing. Side note, Iswaran spoke perfect mandarin. Content owner and I had a great time conversing with him.Payment wise was easily done via Paynow which is one of many forms of payment accepted by CYC Movers.Lastly, I want to personally thank Jessica, Iswaran and his team for making this easy for me. It was a particularly challenging move for me with large furniture that could barely fit the stairwell and home items that had to be moved to 3 locations. CYC did a great job. Yazid and his team were professional and friendly and their can do attitude gave me much confidence that my furniture and household items could be moved successfully. A very big thank you to Jessica, Mr Kannan and his team! Myself and my family members are impressed by their excellent service provided, when Mr Kannan told me one truck is almost full and needed to arrange another truck to continue, I was worried that the whole process would be delay and to my surprise, the second truck reached my place within 20 minutes with additional manpower but with no additional cost charged. Also, when Jessica knew that I needed additional hanger for clothes, she arranged for me without further queries and no additional cost incurred. Highly recommended moving company! The entire team was so professional and took good care of our belongings and was very careful when moving the items in and out. I am happy with the service provided by CYC Movers - from the initial enquiry to the final moving today. Due to the circuit breaker, we had to change the moving dates a couple of times. Jessica was professional and fast in her response to all my queries. The moving team, headed by supervisor, Kannan, were very careful with our stuff. They were pleasant and patient and did a fast and efficient job of transporting all our boxes and furniture. All the boxes and furniture were wrapped well - it was raining heavily today and none of our stuff got wet. Thank you for such good service!read more

Jessica was the first point of contact to organise our move. She has been extremely helpful to answer the many questions I had, and has been very efficient in the communication making sure at the day of the moving there will be no issues. She was very polite and quick to respond, made arrangement for a zoom call on all the items to be moved and we received a quotation on the same day.After reading many good reviews on CYC, we decided to engage them. The movers were very prompt, arriving at 9am sharp. They worked seamlessly and professionally, making sure our fragile items (especially drawings and artwork pieces) were carefully bubble-wrapped. They did not complain about the narrow staircases which they had to manoeuvre many bulky items into a shophouse. Very impressed. Overall, it was a pleasant and assuring experience. Patricia was our account manager and she helped us throughout, right from getting the necessary exception approvals and managing the move. Right from the start, CYC Showed that they are customer oriented and took great care in meeting customer’s needs. We were in a hurry to get a mover. And so we tried our luck to call Cyc though their website said they are closed on Saturday. However, we got an answer and knowing our urgency, they actually arranged for Jessica to come to our place that very afternoon for an assessment.To be frank, CYC’s quote was higher than another mover’s quote. But upon looking at the hidden costs, we found that CYC to be more reliable without hidden costs. They were upfront and Jessica was exceptionally professional and responsive and we felt that we would be more comfortable with cyc and rejected the lower quote.Our assessment of their professionalism and reliability proved to be correct. From delivery of boxes to reorder of bubble packs, everything was fast and fuss free. When Raju and hIs movers arrived on Monday morning for the move, they we organised and systematic. I did not have to worry and they did such fantastic protection of my furniture and equipment that I had nothing to worry about. They brought racks for me to hang my ironed clotheslined that saved me so much work in packing and re-ironing. They brought ice boxes too so I didn’t have to make additional personal trips to move frozen and chilled stuff. CYC really did a great job! And I will definitely use them again for my move back to my house after it is renovated and would also recommend it to my friendsread more

One of the best decisions to have chosen CYC for the move. Boxes were well estimated, reasonable pricing, professional wrapping for my numerous heavy wooden furnitures, friendly and strong staff, and it all started with the super positive experiences in the interaction with Jessica. Surprised to receive almost immediate email replies from her at 11pm. But the best part, even though it was a small chip on one of the wooden chairs, CYC called to pick it up and had it touched up. Mr Kannan and his team did an excellent job moving us to a condo unit recently. CYC took care of all the paperwork related to the moving permit, deposit etc from the condo management. They also provided packing materials a week before the actual move date. On the day of moving, Mr Kannan's team was on time and worked rapidly and efficiently. The team was very professional and friendly, and had a positive attitude towards their job. All our items were moved quickly and safely ..much faster than we thought possible! Some of the heavier items like a desk and home appliances, were wrapped in protective covering by the team itself since we were unable to pack it beforehand. All in all, the move went off very smoothly. CYC's quotation was on the higher side compared to some others, but I think it was worth it for the great professional service.
